Richard Cummings

Quantity Surveyor

Richard is our Quantity Surveyor and a key member of the project team, responsible for pricing all of our manufacturing jobs from initial enquiry through to final agreement. As the first point of contact for new projects, he works closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure every proposal is accurate, transparent, and commercially sound.

With a strong grasp of manufacturing processes, materials, and project costs, Richard ensures that each job is carefully evaluated and realistically priced. His attention to detail and structured approach help set projects up for success from the outset, giving clients confidence that budgets, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined before work begins.

Craig Mitchell

Managing Director

Craig is our Site Surveyor and Designer, playing a central role in turning ideas into practical, buildable solutions. He visits site to carry out detailed surveys and measurements, ensuring every project starts with accurate, real-world information. As an experienced CAD operator, Craig designs our projects, translating client requirements into precise technical drawings ready for manufacture.

Craig originally founded the company many years ago, and his hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge continue to shape how we work today. His ability to combine on-site insight with technical design expertise ensures each project is both well-planned and efficiently delivered, maintaining the high standards the business was built on.

Dom Przybylski

CAD Design Operator

Dom began his career with the company as a labourer before progressing to become our main CNC operator. Through hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the manufacturing process, he has since developed into an experienced CAD designer. Dom now plays a dual role within the business, producing detailed design work while remaining actively involved with CNC machining.

His background on the shop floor gives him a practical, results-driven approach to design, ensuring that drawings are not only accurate but also efficient to manufacture. This combination of technical design expertise and machine knowledge makes Dom a valuable link between design and production.

Kurt Katzmann

Production Manager

If there’s one person who keeps our joinery team running like a well-crafted piece of work, it’s Kurt. As our Line Manager, he’s the steady hand guiding the manufacturing floor, ensuring every process is smooth, efficient, and built with the same care we put into our products.

Kurt is the glue that holds us together, equal parts leader, problem-solver, and motivator. With a sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to his team, he brings out the best in everyone around him. Whether he’s coordinating production or supporting staff, Kurt sets the tone with his reliability, calm approach, and can-do attitude.

Simply put: without Kurt, the workshop wouldn’t run the same and we’re grateful to have him shaping the heartbeat of our company every day.

Material Procurement and Purchasing Manager

George Williams

George is responsible for sourcing and purchasing all materials used across our projects. He carries out extensive research to ensure we use the highest quality materials available while maintaining cost-effective solutions for our clients. By carefully evaluating suppliers, products, and pricing, George helps strike the perfect balance between performance, durability, and value.

His attention to detail and market knowledge play a key role in keeping projects on budget without compromising on quality, ensuring every job is delivered using materials that meet both technical and commercial requirements.

Accounts Manager

Nicola Mitchell

Nicola is our Accounts Manager and Bookkeeper, overseeing the financial side of the business and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As Craig’s wife and a key part of the team, she plays an integral role in maintaining the strong family values the company was built on.

Her organised, detail-focused approach keeps accounts, invoicing, and financial processes running efficiently, allowing the rest of the team to focus on delivering high-quality projects. Nicola’s involvement helps reinforce the close-knit, family-run nature of the business, where trust, reliability, and long-term relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

Machinists

John + Keane

John and Keane are our skilled machinists, responsible for quality assessing all materials as they arrive on site and preparing them for use across our projects. They ensure every material meets our standards before entering production, helping maintain the high level of quality we expect in all our work.

With a strong focus on accuracy and preparation, John and Keane play a vital role in the smooth running of the workshop. Their hands-on approach and attention to detail help ensure materials are properly prepared, machinery runs efficiently, and projects move seamlessly from planning into manufacture.

Our Apprentices are the rising talent within our company—ambitious, hardworking individuals who are learning the craft of joinery, machining, and modern manufacturing from the ground up. Under the guidance of our experienced team, they are developing the skills, discipline, and technical knowledge needed to become the industry’s future specialists.

Finishing Technicians

Pete + Josh

Our Finishing Technicians are the skilled professionals responsible for giving every product its flawless final appearance. With expert knowledge of coatings, colour matching, and finishing techniques, they ensure each piece leaving the spray shop meets our exacting quality standards.

From precision preparation to the perfect finish, they bring craftsmanship, consistency, and an eye for detail to every project. Their work not only enhances the look of our joinery but also protects it—ensuring durability, longevity, and a superior end result.

CNC Operator

Oscar (+ Dom)

Oscar is one of our CNC Operators and works closely with Dom to complete all CNC machining work. Together, they ensure each component is produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard, playing a key role in the manufacturing process.

With a strong focus on precision and quality, Oscar is responsible for operating and monitoring the CNC machinery, ensuring jobs are completed to specification and on schedule. His teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to consistent quality help ensure every project moves smoothly from design through to production.
